  1. Put 2 tbsp of Veg-it-up white sauce in a bowl, once opened the rest can be frozen in the pouch for later use.
  2. Mix in the fresh basil leaves and the crushed garlic.
  3. Mix or blend all the ingredients and hey presto you have a tangy full of veg low fat pesto.
  4. Serve in wraps, on pizza or stuffed in mushrooms.
