  1. Fry the onion in a drop of oil and cook for 2 minutes.
  2. Then add the garlic and mushrooms and fry for a further minute.
  3. Add the wine, parsley and pre cooked rice and heat for 1 minute.
  4. Serve immediately.
Recipe Notes

If you buy pre steamed rice in a packet it only requires heating through. Alternatively, it is possible to cook your own rice following packet instructions then stir in at the end.

Make sure the cooked rice is only added in, right at the end in order to keep the best texture.
