Having first-hand experience with several food intolerances, I saw the need for a range of products where I didn’t need to scrutinize labels.
Also, I was often bombarded by an abundance of seasonal vegetables from my garden so I decided to preserve my produce by pressure cooking it. I often worked long hours so this way I could eat my sauces quickly and conveniently knowing they were full of vegetables and from the freshest ingredients. So……..
